Throughout my 20+ years in nursing, I have had the privilege of providing individualized care, managing complex cases, and fostering a holistic approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and healing.My experience spans across acute/rehab care, hospice, mechanical ventilation, and telemetry monitoring, allowing me to adapt to the needs of diverse patient populations. Whether supporting individuals in rehabilitation or guiding them through end-of-life transitions, I strive to deliver personalized care, anticipate challenges, and ensure patients and families feel informed and supported.Beyond bedside care, I bring leadership and operational expertise, including proficiency in HCHB, EPIC, Remote Client, and CPI systems, OASIS charting, Vitas EMR Superuser, leading interdisciplinary team meetings, chart auditing, scheduling, billing and payroll management.
