I have over 20 years of professional work experience along with a MBA with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Bachelors degrees in Managerial Accounting and Business Administration. My background includes global compensation strategy, benefits, SEC financial reporting and budget planning. Throughout my career I have developed strong interpersonal and organizational skills through my work with both internal and external customers. I enjoy working in a team atmosphere, but I am also successful working and learning independently. I have a thirst for knowledge and completed both my Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations.
