1. Lead Senior Research Project Manager

   Kaiser Permanente

   Jun 2018 — Present · San Francisco, CA, US

   Manage 40 accreditation, research and improvement projects annually, leading to a 300% increase in faculty and resident scholarly outputs. Awarded seven research and physician workforce development grants from internal and external funders, totaling $1.1 million. Coach stakeholders in quality improvement, leading to improved efficiency and patient outcomes (e.g. 15% increase in hypertension control). Initiate and co-chair a regional scholarly symposium with 400 attendees, of whom 100% were satisfied with the event. Lead a mentoring and shadowing project that, to date, has exposed 40 college students from underrepresented backgrounds to healthcare.
