I’ve recaptured $8M in contract revenue, increased budgets by 27% through strategic program development, and reduced operational bottlenecks by over 40%. But metrics are only part of the story.I’m at my best working closely with executive leadership — translating intent into clear priorities, defining ownership, building operating cadence, and ensuring high-stakes initiatives move from idea to outcome without drift.
