I’m a relationship-first professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and human connection.For over a decade, I’ve partnered with colleges, universities, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact—whether that’s supporting faculty development initiatives, leading large-scale digital onboarding, or aligning product offerings with executive-level goals.Most recently, I served as a Partner Success Director at ACUE, where I worked closely with Presidents, Provosts, and institutional leaders to guide implementation, boost engagement, and ensure successful outcomes across 20+ campuses. Before that, I spent 6 years at Cengage, where I held roles in both customer success and sales—managing portfolios as large as $45M and leading implementations that spanned dozens of colleges and academic disciplines.I’m especially energized by mission-driven work, collaborative teams, and roles where I can bring order to complexity.
