Experienced Cybersecurity and Information Technology leader, specializing in information assurance, compliance, and data protection for over 20 years. I am a valued industry asset due to my ability to combine past experiences as a security specialist, software engineer, and network and database administrator into a secure network presence utilizing RMF, NIST 800-53 (DFARS, JSIG, DAAPM, 800-137, etc), FISMA, ISO 27001/27701/22301, AICPA SOC2, as well as other regulatory frameworks. Additionally, I strive to support and drive organizational change with direct lines of communication to executive leadership, business partners, and product stakeholders. This allows me to manage and provide guidance for data protections within an enterprise, Department of Defense, and/or telecommunication infrastructure.    Lead the Cybersecurity and Physical Security teams responsible for the implementation of the overall security program, with additional focus on engineering, operations, and compliance.• Report directly to the President, as well as regular interactions with chief executives concerning the company\'s security strategy, goals, and direction. • Maintain security standards and compliance across the corporate infrastructure, the primary software platform, as well as customer solutions based out of data centers both on premise and in the AWS cloud.• Act as the primary point of contact and lead representative for all company readiness reviews and inspections, while also leading the internal security compliance self inspection team.• Advise senior leadership on multiple aspects of security, to include general security practices, certifications and accreditations, staffing, and budgeting. • Advisor and presenter to the Executive Security Advisory Council, and working member of the Security Execution Team consisting of directors and stakeholders from across the firm. • Maintain a security roadmap, to include future planning and initiatives, quarterly breakdowns, and specific task enumeration for team members across the firm.
