Putting people first isn\'t just something I say, it\'s genuinely how I\'m wired, and how I work. For more than 15 years, I\'ve worked at the intersection of people, culture, and talent. Recruitment, employee experience, learning and development, culture-building, you name it, I’ve lived in all of it.
