I offer individual and couples therapy, with specialty training for trauma-informed care for adults with post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociative disorders, and other trauma-related conditions. I have been trained in EMDR and utilize evidence-based interventions that promote client healing and resilience. I work with couples, including but not limited to those in consensual non-monogamous relationships, providing advanced techniques such as Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1 and 2, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to better the relationship and deepen the emotional connection. I design and implement individualized service plans that address specific client needs and ensure the practice of standards and best practices to meet Medi-Cal requirements. My role in this encompasses comprehensive assessments with the clients, multidisciplinary teamwork for holistic and client-centered care, and maintenance of clinical records that are complete and in compliance with all legal and ethical standards for Medi-Cal billing and requirements for insurance. I am dedicated to culturally responsive care through ongoing learning: respect, inclusivity, and therapies addressing the richness of experiences each of my clients bring.
