   Fully remote position overseeing the work product and managing the performance of a team of accountants to ensure department quality standards are met and exceeded. · Supervision of Client Returns team members responsible for processing return payments to USI clients, and finance companies, and forwarding direct bill premiums. As well as premium payments from carriers/brokers to clear open agency bill payable balances.· Supervisory responsibility for the assigned team, including PTO requests, approving timecards, and regular meetings with employees. Responsible for performance management and coordinating with the vendor payables manager. Calculate monthly scorecard measurements, and conduct quarterly reviews to assess team performance and annual performance assessments.· Conduct monthly team meetings with the vendor payable manager to ensure department goals are met and exceeded.· Training of new employees on department policies and procedures.· Assist senior staff with payment review and approval for payments being processed daily.· Process online payments to carriers for Direct Bill policies.· Acts as an expert resource for the team and as an escalation point for our field offices.· Monthly reporting review/approval. · Additional tasks as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.
