My therapy techniques include mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to manage mental health symptoms. I am currently in training/supervision required for Play Therapy credentialing. I offer Client-Centered Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, and Sandtray to all my clients.
