   Working as the 7-midnight On-Air Talent for 98 KUPD, I generate and nurture listener engagement through on-air presentation and promotion to achieve exemplary ratings within my core demographic.In addition, I actively interact with listeners of the radio station through social media by conducting live video broadcasts, engaging through comments and sharing relevant content that fosters brand visibility and engagement. Through this means of communication, I am able to grow and drive website traffic without using too much air-time while still accomplishing radio station objectives.While attending radio station promotions, I help build brand authority through physical engagement. In short, I create the experience when a listener is at the promotion by showing interest in the listener as a human instead of \"another listener\". Recently, I have been developing original podcast programming with 98 KUPD and collaborating with its sister stations to develop more original programming.
