My purpose is to give people the clarity and confidence they need to pursue their passions—whether in business, learning, or life.I’ve built my career at the intersection of education, transformation, and entrepreneurship. Recently completing my Master of Education in Adult Learning, I’ve deepened my expertise in how people and communities grow, adapt, and thrive. That passion for learning translates directly into my work at Walmart Canada, where I design and lead programs that transform talent, technology, and strategy—helping leaders and teams become both tech-enabled and human-led.Beyond corporate transformation, I am also an entrepreneur and founder, bringing new ideas to life from the ground up. Most recently, I launched Tackle Your Tastebuds, an innovative consumer product venture focused on making youth sports safer and more enjoyable. This blend of intrapreneurship inside a Fortune 1 company and entrepreneurship as a founder gives me a unique perspective on how to turn vision into execution at any scale.What drives me is building momentum: leaving organizations, teams, and communities stronger, clearer, and more inspired than when I found them.
