I also help to create a Montessori classroom environment that nurtures children’s development. My specific job duties include- Ensuring the classroom environment is clean, safe, and inviting- Preparing and maintaining Montessori materials and supplies- Supervising and engaging with children during activities- Observing and recording children\'s progress and behavior- Providing support during group activities and lessons- Assisting with classroom management and discipline, following Montessori principles- Communicating with parents and caregivers as needed- Collaborating with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience- Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and organizing classroom resources- Helping with the preparation of materials for special events and activities- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times- First Aid/CPR Certified
