Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) & Accessibility•Provide administrative support to the EDI team, including preparing presentations, scheduling, creating project briefs and EDI-related communications •Implement recommendations, policies, and best practices to achieve EDI strategic goals •Coordinating PI’s Inclusive Platform, attending meetings, tracking budgets, providing event support, and alignment with EDI goals •Aid the development and implementation of evaluation and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of EDI-related programs and initiatives •Support the development, implementation and reporting of EDI-related statistical information, providing reports and analyses •Collaborate with the P&C team in recruitment, ensuring jobs ads and hiring processes follow inclusive practices People & Culture Support•Maintain employee data in PI’s HRIS, CRM, employee files and other systems•Manage employee inquiries regarding policies, programs and systems, and where required conducting research or collaborating with colleagues •A culture builder and champion for all things PI, driving engagement and the overall experience of residents by providing support to wellness, P&C and social events and programming •Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts Employee Cycle•End to end execution of PI’s Summer Student Program, and directly supporting Bistro recruitment•Prepare employment agreements, offer letters and other employee documentation •Set up recruitment campaigns in PI’s ATS and marketing active campaigns•Welcome new employees and facilitating onboarding processes, ensuring all required training and paperwork is complete •Regularly check in with new hires, ensuring they have what is required for a seamless transition to their role and integration to PIHealth & Safety•Actively participate on the Health and Safety committee, keep and follow up on inspection records, oversee first aid supplies, and ensure training compliance
