My personal mission is to help people solve business problems through the effective use of technology. During my 20+ year career, I’ve worn many hats including Strategic Engagement Manager and Fractional CIO for emerging and midsize businesses in Louisiana, IT Director for the Louisiana Department of Civil Service, and Operations Support Manager charged with rebuilding a managed services team. My program management, project management and managed service experience spans various sectors of business, including Government, Legal, Marine Transport, Education and Healthcare. As a result, I have a unique ability to build solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations. How?* Listening first, acting second. I survey the scene, analyze the data then advise my customers on how to achieve their desired outcome.* Rolling up my sleeves and working with my team to get the job done right.* Thriving in “crisis mode” – whether it’s discovering at 9 p.m. my son\'s science project is due tomorrow morning or that my customer’s disaster recovery plan is really a sheet of paper floating in 4 feet of water after a hurricane. I’m ready to identify, plan and manage the task at hand without breaking a sweat (okay, maybe a little sweat). In addition, I’m proud to say that helping people isn’t just “my day job.” I am an active volunteer with several organizations throughout the community.
