   Partner with Regional Directors, Executive Directors, and HR in 7 operations with a combined employee count of 1,791 across 5 states that include IN, MI, MN, NJ, and WI for all HR related issues. • Oversee a team of 15 HR professionals, which include HR Generalists, HR Specialists, HR Assistants, and Training Coordinators. • Serve as a resource for team leaders in handling employee issues and assisting them in counseling employees, conducting evaluations, staff training, and problem-solving. • Assist with recruiting and screening new HR Specialists/Generalists. • Train all new HR Specialists & Generalists on BrightSpring policy and procedures as well as any federal/state/local employment/HR related laws. • Maintain company compliance with local, state, and federal laws, in addition to established organizational standards. • Address employee grievances/conflict disputes with appropriate urgency and professional manner by finding constructive solutions, following corporate procedures. • Provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel. • Plan, monitor and appraise employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. • Use technologically relevant HRIS & ATS systems to manage payroll, data, recruitment, and benefits. • Generate and distribute HR related reports and metrics to leadership.
