About Shannon Cumberbatch
I am a systems gardener and transformation steward with over a decade of cumulative experience in legal practice, people & equity strategy, organizational development, operational innovation, managerial leadership, coaching and consulting. I\'m also trained in equity-informed mediation, transformative conflict navigation, restorative circle keeping, herbalism and somatic healing, each of which is integrated into my holistic approach. As the founder and lead facilitator of uproot.ed, I offer organizational consulting, educational curriculum, care-centered coaching, and conscious travel experiences for individuals and institutions invested in transforming the world within and around them. I\'m also the keeper for one of our signature programs called Sanctuary, a sacred support space for sufferers & survivors of workplace burnout and harm. As a curator of transformative travel experiences, I build bridges across borders for conscious travelers invested in uprooting oppressive conditioning, engaging in authentic cultural exchange, and communing with nature in West Africa. We collaborate with local artists, archivists, educators, elders and youth to co-create immersive educational curricula and impactful adventures for students and lifelong learners.
