Responsible for administration of day to day people resource functions across the enterprise and provides leadership and consultation to develop, implement, communicate and evaluate key business and HR objectives. Ensures continuity of HR consulting practice, compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as best practice customer service within the organization. Provide direction and counsel as required on a strategic basis for all human resource matters, including but not limited to, performance management, labor relations, workforce planning and talent acquisition, compensation, rewards and recognition, and leave management and to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements manages labor relations, policies and procedures.
