A Principal, Project Manager, and Principal-in-Charge of Architecture at Cushing Terrell, I\'ve progressed in my career by being involved in all aspects of design and project processes; and by constantly striving to earn the respect of clients, colleagues, and contractors via exceptional people skills and unrivaled work ethic.My architectural specialization is in the commercial sector, with a focus on the design and construction of financial institutions.I have a bias for action and get involved in numerous activities at Cushing Terrell, within the professional architectural community, and in Billings and the rest of Montana. If I\'m not hard at work guiding a client\'s project, I am probably off volunteering my time somewhere. I also take an active role in helping Cushing Terrell team members with career development, taking emerging professionals on site visits, helping round out their AXP experience, strategizing with them on how to tackle licensing exams, and helping create action plans to maintain accountability for goals.
