Let\'s get personal! I am a boy mama, girl step-mama, wifey, and boss babe, who loves people, anything outdoors (especially motocross races and horse shows), and hanging out with my dog. Professional talk: I am obsessed with organizing things, making lists and checking things off, doing the impossible, being a go-getter, and learning something new every single day. I am skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, G Suite, Slack, Basecamp, ClickUp, WordPress, Freshdesk, Constant Contact, Webinato, Asana, and Canva. I have a strong ability to prioritize and thrive under the pressure of deadlines, producing high-quality work ahead of schedule. I am always striving to learn something new, which I can happily say I have achieved in each position I have held during my professional career. I have expanded my administrative strengths and developed a strong repertoire of skills that allow me to handle any size task effortlessly through my Executive Assistant positions. As a project manager, I sharpened my organizational abilities and always saw a project through from conception to completion, ahead of schedule of course. My process improvements and high-touch client communication led to my promotion to Lead Project Manager and then on to Operations Manager. Through those positions, I added training, goals, and metrics to my repertoire, teaching the project managers I led how to take their clients from the beginning stages to the end, following company processes and meeting launch goals while ensuring an amazing experience for the client the entire course of working with them. I also was able to create and implement many processes, and new programs, and manage an amazing team of artists, developers, and project managers (many of whom were overseas). My time as a marketing manager allowed me to display my creative thinking through several avenues, including creating compelling print and digital campaigns and promotional materials that stimulate growth and strengthen brand awareness. As a sales team manager, I utilized strong interpersonal and motivational skills to lead co-workers toward not only achieving but surpassing goals while working under deadline pressures.
