With over 15 years of experience in various Human Resources roles, I am passionate about empowering HR professionals to achieve excellence and growth through leadership development and ethical decision making. As the Director of Professional Development at McNees, I design and implement innovative and effective learning solutions that align with the firm\'s strategic goals and now refreshed core values!Previously, as one of 20 HR Knowledge Advisors at SHRM National HQ, I provided world-class HR advice, guidance, and resources to professional members across all aspects of the employment lifecycle. I also served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA, a volunteer opportunity that allowed me to network, collaborate, and support the HR community in my home region.
