In Shannon\'s current role as Engineer Cslt - Systems analysis for myInfo, she is focused on improving the customer and employee experience through the maintenance of myInfo and execution of myInfo enhancements including myCoaching Tool, Real Time Coaching tool, Drive 2.0, and Digital locker. Shannon\'s passion is to build meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships across the enterprise that allow us to foster an environment where Verizon is the industry leader in both internal and external customer experience. Shannon began her career with Verizon in 2005 as a representative in Customer Service. Since 2005, she has earned 15 years of experience in customer service and leadership through a variety of roles supporting groups such as Customer Service, Quality Assurance,Technical Support, CRT, Chat/Messaging, Prepaid and LNP. Shannon also helped support the rapid deployment of a program expansion to support Retail-to-CS call takers during the WAH Transition.Shannon firmly believes that innovation comes as a result of focus on a deeper level of collaboration s as well as embracing diversity of thought and creativity. Her experience has taught her the ability to apply a customer-centric background to business oriented projects for a well-rounded approach.
