Hi, I\'m Shannon! I thrive where creativity meets strategy and data. As a Marketing and Analytics student at McGill, I’m passionate about bringing impactful stories to life using insights. I believe there\'s always more to explore. With a diverse background in retail marketing, strategy, and CX performance, I’ve learned to balance customer needs with business goals, stay flexible, and chase curiosity in every challenge. I’m inspired by the world around me. Growing up multiculturally across Canada and Taiwan, and doing an exchange in Spain, I’m adaptable (like a chameleon!) in dynamic environments. As an avid travel, exploring new places has taught me to stay open-minded — every new place (or person) teaches me something I didn’t even know I was looking for.
