I lead the strategic direction for all People, HR, and Training functions across the Canadian luxury beauty retail business- I oversee Retail Execution and Sales Performance strategies, ensuring alignment with both brand goals and exceptional customer experience standards- I manage cross-functional teams across HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Retail Operations/Sales-I drive organizational performance by creating and leading people-centric initiatives that foster a high-performance, service-driven culture-I design and implement national training and development programs to elevate brand knowledge, product expertise, and service excellence across retail teams- I am fully accountable for field team performance, including delivering on sales KPIs, upholding service standards, and ensuring flawless retail execution- I lead talent development initiatives including succession planning, leadership coaching, and strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention- I ensure that all HR practices are fully compliant with Canadian labor laws and aligned with the standards of luxury retail- I lead change management efforts during times of transformation, expansion, or organizational restructuring- I act as a strategic advisor to/ am part of the executive team on matters related to organizational effectiveness, performance optimization, and long-term strategy.
