Currently serving as President & CEO of the Better Business Bureau Akron, I direct initiatives that strengthen marketplace trust, promote ethical business practices and enhance consumer confidence across our entire region.Over the course of my career with I advanced through progressive leadership roles in sales, accreditation and operations before being appointed CEO. This trajectory has provided me with comprehensive insight into organizational performance, stakeholder engagement and the development of high-impact teams.My professional background also includes several leadership positions across for-profit organizations, as well as six years of honorable service in the United States Coast Guard. These experiences have refined my expertise in operations management, compliance, sales strategy and organizational leadership within both corporate and nonprofit environments.I hold an MBA from Northcentral University and a B.S. in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism Management from Robert Morris University, where I was recognized for academic excellence and leadership distinction, including Student of the Year.I am passionate about fostering ethical business practices, creating opportunities for growth and developing high-performing teams.
