Provide legal and business counsel and transactional support to an international, non-profit corporation with an annual revenue of $300 million focused on advancing new vaccines, drugs, devices and technologies for those in need in developing countries. Legal advisor to PATH’s Office of Research (ORE), Office of Scientific Affairs (OSA), Malaria Vaccine Initiative (MVI), Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA) and Essential Medicines (EM). Work in a high-volume, transaction-intensive environment with lead responsibility for strategic partnerships including drafting and negotiating material agreements (Development and Commercialization Agreements, Clinical Study/Trial Agreements, Investigator Sponsor, Licensing, Manufacturing, Collaboration, Research Collaboration Agreement, Services) with a wide array of partners and donors (Government Agencies, Non-Government Organizations, Academic Institutions, Private Sector, Biotech, Large Pharma). Provide counsel on a variety of matters including intellectual property, technology transfer, global access, privacy, regulatory, policy, legislation, advocacy, clinical and compliance matters.
