I work at the intersections of organizational development, talent strategy, people (HR) best practices, JEDI advocacy and “future of work” design.Over the last 20 years, I’ve functioned as an operational leader, an OD & learning champion, a People Ops executive supporting global businesses and non-profit organizations, and a passionate JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion + Belonging & Accessibility) practitioner. I\'ve streamlined efficiencies, increased productivity, hired and retained diverse, top talent ultimately turning stagnant or failing businesses into success stories. I\'ve partnered with community-based organizations and leaders to launch initiatives supporting vulnerable and marginalized communities. I hold a Master\'s Degree in Behavioral Sciences & Gender Equity, am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a certified Chief Diversity Executive (CDE). I’m also completing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership & Management with an Emphasis in HRD. I understand the connections between organizational culture, employee engagement and the bottom line and have spent the bulk of my career focusing on these connections, leading enterprise-level change initiatives, championing people programs, developing talent, launching listening campaigns and building the infrastructure (people + policies + processes) that creates an inclusive environment where every team member feels empowered and safe to bring their whole self to work.
