I’m a Chief of Staff who brings clarity, trust, and steadiness to complex environments. My work is about creating space for leaders to focus on what matters most while ensuring teams feel supported, informed, and connected along the way.Over the past decade, I’ve partnered closely with executives across technology and life sciences — first as an Executive Assistant and now as Chief of Staff. I’ve led investor relations, fundraising diligence, M&A, and restructuring processes, as well as cross-functional initiatives that required operational precision and the ability to adapt quickly.
