I serve as a Senior Vice President - Real Estate Product Specialist for Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. In this capacity, I am responsible for various aspects of real estate product marketing and fundraising, investor relations, and product development. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2023, I was a Senior Client Executive on the Real Estate Banking team, within JP Morgan Chase\'s Commercial Bank, responsible for the relationship management of Los Angeles and Arizona\'s top real estate developers, operators, and institutional investors. My primary role was to be a strategic advisor and manage client needs, expectations, and goals; delivering banking solutions across their platform for long-term success. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex real estate credit transactions, amongst other banking products and solutions. Prior to joining the JP Morgan Chase\'s Real Estate Banking team, I worked as an analyst on the West Region Investment Services Team at Colliers-International, in which I was the lead underwriter in 40+ institutional investment sales in excess of $700MM in value. Prior to Colliers I spent summers in both CBRE\'s Financial Consulting Group and Bank of America’s Corporate Real Estate Planning Team after having received Commercial Real Estate for Women’s (CREW) National Scholar award in 20••••14.I graduated from Villanova University in 2014 with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate.
