Teaches introductory economics & and various management courses - traditional, remote & online formats. Utilizes Canvas and other electronic resources to facilitate student learning.Has incorporated Community-Engaged Learning into introductory economics courses where we learn about social justice issues such as the economic effects of housing discrimination & the history of redlining, as well as food deserts.Developed a fully online section of Seminar of Management Experiences where students analyze business cases published by Harvard Business Review. Also, teaches this seminar in person in alternating semesters.Also serves, as Chair Elect for the BSTEMHCP Division Council, on the college\'s Institutional Review Board, as a Board Member of CELT (Center for the Enrichment of Learning & Teaching, the faculty mentoring program), as a CELT mentor to new faculty, and on various other college-wide governing bodies.Previously served as mentor/advisor for the student-run Economics Club; also an advisor for the winning 2024 NJ Community College Case Competition (NJC4, hosted by Rutgers Business School).Promoted from Instructor as of August 2024.
