I have the most awesome job! I know sounds unbelievable. However, it is amazing. I have never enjoyed getting up and going to work day after day like I do now. Our team here in Winston is the best as well as the other teams we work with inside the company. I am an Inside Sales Specialist! I am responsible for driving Pest Control Sales by following leads and creating leads. Establishing a relationship with our customers and educating them on our services to make them feel assured that we will provide them with the best service possible and do it all with a clear conscience while meeting my monthly budgets along the way. I also schedule the leads for our Home Evaluator to go out and inspect the customers homes for anything they may not be aware of such as moisture issues, termites etc. I work hand and hand with the Realtors through out the area and schedule them for their inspections for closing WDIRS and making sure we have provided them with the proper information and paperwork to make the process go as smooth as possible. I work hand and hand with the administrative staff here filling in and helping with scheduling routes for our Pest Control Specialist. As well as any administrative duties that are needed. Accounts payable, scheduling, sales boards, deposits and working with customers to resolve problems and anything else that may be needed at the time. I am proud to be a part of the Stark Family.
