I’m currently a Scholar Intern in Absence Operations at Unum, where I’m gaining hands-on experience supporting the company’s leave management and benefits processes. In this role, I assist with operational workflows, analyze data, and help ensure accurate and timely handling of employee absence claims. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and uphold compliance standards. Through mentorship and ongoing learning, I’m developing strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while deepening my understanding of absence management within the insurance and employee benefits industry.
