I’m a people-first leader with 25 years of experience driving performance, growth, and stability in complex, multi-site organizations.Throughout my career, I’ve partnered across the business to help leaders and teams execute effectively; working closely with operations, clinical leadership, finance, HR, training, safety, marketing, and executive teams. I’ve coached managers and senior leaders, facilitated leadership and team sessions, aligned cross-functional stakeholders, and supported organizations through growth, transformation, and periods of real complexity.What sets me apart is how I execute.
