I am a Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience and a passion of lifelong learning. Ongoing learning and self-improvement keeps the fire burning for a career spent helping people and walking alongside them while they accomplish their goals. I am a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, I have taken multiple needling courses including certifications in Acupuncture and Intramuscular Stimulation. I continue to take courses to help me treat the whole person including Motivational Interviewing, Mindful Meditation and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Some of my training includes teaching exercise classes including Pilates, Yoga as stand alone methods and pathology specific courses for osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Having many tools to be able to help people makes the job fulfilling and meaningful.
