About Me I’m passionate about building strong teams, smarter systems, and brighter futures — and I believe the best results happen when compassion, strategy, and adaptability work hand in hand.As an Operations Coordinator for PPL’s NY CDPAP program — the largest consumer-directed care program in the country — I work every day to support the operational foundation that empowers over New Yorkers to live more independently. I collaborate across Operations, Learning & Development, and IT teams to improve workflows, streamline communication, and create stronger, more confident teams.Throughout my career, I’ve embraced every challenge as an opportunity to grow and lead with impact. Whether smoothing operational gaps, designing new processes, or helping our agents develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed, I bring a mix of analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and a deep commitment to people.Adaptability is key in this environment, and it’s a skill I’ve honed — learning from every obstacle, staying flexible in the face of change, and always keeping the bigger mission in mind.
