ABOUT SHANNON MAGEE
With 7 years of experience in Trade Credit Insurance, I have significant expertise in the settlement of complex claims and the negotiation process. My insurance journey began at Tokio Marine HCC, where I started in the Surety department before transitioning to Trade Credit in 2018. For over 6 years, I handled insurance claims from cradle to grave for all different sectors, including Construction. Values of claims ranged from - Over my career, I have developed a great technical understanding of Trade Credit, specialising in claim settlements, negotiation, and cultivating strong relationships with my clients. After taking a brief career break in September 2024 to travel, I joined the Trade Credit team at Howden. Here, I manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all their servicing needs are met - including renewals, claims and general policy queries. My technical knowledge and client-focused approach have been key to my success in claims and beyond.
