As a Programming Services Officer at Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth, & Families (RI DCYF) since November 2023, I apply my data science and lean six sigma skills to enhance the quality and efficiency of the agency\'s programs and services for children and families. I work with the leadership team and program staff to identify, analyze, and solve problems, using data-driven approaches and evidence-based practices. I have over 4 years of experience in the field of organizational development and change, with a focus on human and community development. I am passionate about creating equitable and sustainable solutions that improve the lives and outcomes of vulnerable and marginalized populations. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at Eastern University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in data analysis, visualization, and modeling. I am also a Lab Faculty and an Alumni Mentor at College Unbound, where I support adult learners to achieve their academic and professional goals.
