About Shannon Lucas
Shannon has over two decades of experience in all aspects of stream restoration, watershed planning, and water resource engineering. She has her PE in MD, DC, VA, and PA and is a Certified Climate Change Professional (CC-P). Shannon is a founding board member of the Chesapeake Watershed Restoration Professionals (CWRP), a past president of the Maryland Stream Restoration Association (MSRA), and chair of the ACEC MD Environmental Committee. She’s passionate about mentorship, our natural environment, and community service.
