Transition Projects is a non-profit organization committed to helping homeless individuals and families transition from homeless to housing. Each year Transition Projects assists individuals experiencing homelessness in Multnomah, Clackamas and Clark Counties. On any given night they provide 800+ people suffering from homelessness a safe place to sleep. Transition Projects offers those suffering from homelessness: • Veterans housing and employment resources• Clothing and hygiene items • Access to laundry facilities• Food • Transportation• Financial literacy workshops• Job search labs and more.If you are interested in become a volunteer or mentor, or would like to make a donation to this great organization please let me know!
