   Worked as Project Manager for C&E project with Nokia. The responsibilities included:o Ensuring all techs under me to be informed on responsibilities and were supplied with proper tools and equipment to complete work assignments. o Would ensure each tech trained properly for TSS, Installs, and Site migrations on Nokia Airscale FSM4, fygm, and smm equipment for Verizon, Sprint and AT & T. o I would also complete TSS, installs, and migrations, work with backhaul such as Dark and Lit Fiber on my own. Site completions and other daily reports were sent from me directly to Nokia management to track site progress, future assignments, release of equipment, and issues that may arise. o Would use site and asset trackers such as Newello and VAST(ATT) to maintain proper inventory of Verizon, ATT and Sprint equipment.• As a field engineer (Installations, Commissioning, and Integration) the responsibilities included:o I would establish Voice/Data Networks (Nokia Airscale & Ericsson 5g Projects) by: Running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables. Installing, commissioning, and integration equipment such as:• Routers• Switches• Multiplexers• Cable Trays• Alarm Systemso Landed power before integration, and during installations.o Ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools.o Would verify equipment was in proper functioning order and would log checks into operation tracker. o Plans network installations by work order, plans, manuals, and technical specifications.o Would delegate repairs and replacement of equipment if necessary, to appropriate personnel or contractor if work needed was out of my scope of work. o I self-managed myself and would troubleshoot equipment if needed. o Flexibility to work multiple different shifts and on-call as neededo Assessing installation site; preparing an installation diagram.
