Crescent Electric has over 150 distribution facilities in 28 states.Primary Duties- Manage the recruiting efforts of branch locations, as well as our General Office roles, averaging 50+ open requisitions at a time- Source candidates, evaluate resumes, complete phone interviews, and set-up pre-employment testing, background checks, and drug screens- Prepare offer letters and employment agreements- Write job ads to market career opportunities internally and externally- Maintain the Company’s Workday applicant tracking system and provide training resources for managers- Build pipelines of candidates for future openings- Generate reports, identify concerns, and send reports and comments to hiring managers- Analyze recruitment metrics and other new hire and HR data to improve recruiting methods/processes and improve new hire performance.
