I am a Leader in Transportation with 20 years of experience spanning Operations, Customer Service, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), DOT Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development. My career began at UPS, where I gained foundational experience in operations and business development. I then spent two years at Stratas Foods in customer service before joining ADM, where I’ve spent the past 14 years growing across key areas that drive both performance and culture.Currently, I serve as the Training and Development Manager for ADM Trucking, leading initiatives that strengthen our workforce and reinforce a culture of safety, leadership, and continuous growth. My work includes building community partnerships with high schools and colleges, strengthening our image within the community through social media marketing, developing training for frontline leaders, creating technical qualifications for new hires/advancement opportunities, and streamlining and digitalizing learning processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, standardization and engagement across the organization.I’ve always had a deep commitment to safety and well-being, ensuring people are protected, supported, and set up for success.
