I’m an organisational psychologist with a passion for delivering programmes and initaitives that build connection, capability, and change.My approach blends structured project management, creativity, and strong stakeholder management. I’m known for cutting through complexity, building trust, and taking people on the journey of change. I thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments and bring high energy, influence, and the ability to move from insight into meaningful impact.I’ve delivered culture, leadership, and transformation work across a matrix, multinational organisation and previously built a digital education brand and platform in the non-profit sector, grounded in qualitative research that informed a national youth strategy.Highlights include:– Shaping organisation design and strategic workforce planning following a major acquisition– Coaching and scaling award-winning employee networks, and presenting to C-suite on their impact– Designing and delivering bespoke leadership workshops, learning materials, and awareness-raising events – Driving a company-wide recognition programme and partnering on the development of a global change management framework– Leading the rollout of a human rights assessment across 240+ manufacturing sites to embed ethical sourcing into business-as-usual operationsI bring a mix of empathy, clarity, and execution, comfortable working across levels, from frontline to boardroom, and motivated by work that builds better organisations from the inside out.
