An exceptional leader and HR Technology expert with more than 25 years of technical and functional HR experience. Transitioning from 15 years of advancing Corporate HR positions, I ventured into consulting with a prominent SAP SuccessFactors Partner, specializing in Employee Central, and quickly achieved Professional Certification. Leading more than 30 EC implementations of various sizes, complexities, industry focuses, and global processes, I am also experienced in the entire SuccessFactors suite, understanding cross-functional areas, along with strong experience and knowledge in the full hire lifecycle from Recruiting-Onboarding-Core HR. I shifted from implementations to sustainment, managing a diverse team of consultants within the AMS group. Recognized as a trusted advisor and expert, I collaborated closely with our clients on their SAP SuccessFactors journey, while guiding and empowering our senior consultants. Now I\'m back to leading Employee Central implementations and enjoying the change. My aresenal is now complete: first hand HR Functional experience, system implementation mindset and post-go live/sustainment mentality.
