With over 10 years of industry experience, she has a proven track record of delivering elegant and effective digital solutions that meet the needs of users and businesses across various domains and platforms.Shannon\'s team works closely with clients/partners/stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, and to co-create websites and mobile applications that are highly usable, experientially delightful, and commercially viable. Shannon is passionate about human-centered design, design thinking, and creative leadership, and holds a MS from UMBC in Human-Centered Computing and a BA in Fine Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
