I was practically born into executive recruiting. Growing up, I watched my mother build and lead Integrity Network into a premier executive search firm. From organizing resumes on her office floor as a child to collaborating with her as a professional today, recruiting has always been my passion. After a successful stint in the software industry, where I honed my skills as a sales representative for early-stage and mid-sized companies, I officially joined Integrity Network in 2019 to pursue my dream of becoming an executive recruiter.Today, I specialize in partnering with technology and SaaS companies to build high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success teams—from executive leadership to individual contributors.
