Partner with Head of CG, Heads of Department, Production, HR, Recruiting, Supervisors, and HODs to manage crewing, headcount planning, and multi-show resource allocation- Lead artist support, including regular 1:1s, coaching, performance reviews (30/60/90 + annual), and career development planning- Oversee workload balance, utilization, vacation approvals, and ensure accurate time, staffing, and performance data across the CG teams- Help drive recruitment efforts: write job descriptions, evaluate candidates, interview, and provide hiring recommendations- Build and maintain team assessments, skill trackers, and performance frameworks to support promotions, renewals, and development planning- Deliver structured documentation for HR and department leadership; support compliance with policies, contracts, and employment standards- Facilitate post-mortems and partner on CG department reorganization, long-term workforce planning, and process improvements- Advocate for inclusive culture, mental health support, and equitable practices across departments and project teams.

Professional Journey: • BarnstormVFX (present): Artist Manager/Resource Manager for the CG departments • BeloFX (~6 Months): Returned to Production Coordination, I worked on 2 projects: a Feature length film and an Episodic, using Unreal, for a wide range in team size and varying scopes of complexity. • ReDefine (~2 Years): As an Artist Manager, I collaborated closely with Heads of Departments, Operations, Recruitment and HR teams across North America to support the artists across various departments, fostering a supportive environment and contributing to global initiatives aimed at enhancing artist experiences and benefiting ReDefine. • DNEG (2.5 Years): I transitioned to ReDefine from DNEG, where I served as a VFX Production Coordinator. My role involved seamless coordination with departments such as Layout, Animation, Creature, Env/Gen, FX, Lighting, and Comp. • MPC (3 Years): At MPC, I began my career in VFX as a Runner. I honed my coordination skills in the Layout department, progressing from a VFX Department Assistant to a VFX Production Coordinator. My responsibilities spanned collaboration with Matchmove, Rotoanim, and the Compositing departments.
