Experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit educational software industry. In my numerous roles as a Business Analyst, Functional Manager, Senior Product Owner, and Senior Technical Product Manager, I have always enjoyed the entire product development process from developing strategy, to guiding agile development and releasing capabilities to customers. My experience has also afforded me the opportunity to provide leadership in staff development, process improvement definition, and facilitation in cross-functional project teams to identify and implement recommendations for product and process improvement. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, my responsibilities include transforming contractual requirements into functional products while participating in feedback cycles with executive leadership for staff development, business process improvements, cross-functional project team project delivery. In this position I have delivered 7 initiatives (and counting) ranging from grassroots UX projects to platform security enhancements, many completed concurrently.I possess the ability to lead the product development process from start to finish while navigating complex contracts, including district and state DOE contracts, and software requirements while fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike. I have exceptional interpersonal skills, which allow me to establish relationships with a wide variety of people through trust, respect, and humor. I can effectively communicate and collaborate while prioritizing competing work priorities and initiatives in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
