I am passionate about connecting brilliant people with their dream jobs. Having started my career in education, I love helping individuals to unlock their own potential, especially those with backgrounds that are underrepresented in the tech world, and for 5+ years I have used my skills in hiring/recruiting/talent management roles. Today, I serve my leadership by hiring top talent for their teams and educating internal stakeholders on startup recruiting best practices. As a proud member of the LBGTQIA+ community, diversity and inclusion are constantly at the core of everything I do, and I am always working to continue my education on these subjects as they relate to recruiting in the tech space! In my downtime, you can find me at the beach chasing dogs (my own AND strangers\'), taking photos of the sunset, discussing any and all things Harry Potter, or starting a new creative project at home.
