As the Assistant Director of Success Coaching at Westfield State University, I am establishing a new program and leading a team of success coaches dedicated to helping students clarify their goals, build academic confidence, and persist through graduation. I provide strategic oversight of success coaching while also supporting students through personalized academic planning, strengths-based guidance, and targeted interventions.The Success Coaching program will help students clarify their goals, identify their values, and create personalized academic success plans that align with their strengths and long-term vision. We monitor progress, assist students in navigating key university processes, and connect them with campus resources that promote retention, persistence, and overall achievement. As an advocate and change manager, I work to remove barriers to success and ensure students feel supported throughout their college experience, while collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and university committees.My work is grounded in relationship-building, cross-campus collaboration, and a deep commitment to student empowerment and success.
